THE OPPONENTS
Bishop's Stortford are a good side at youth level and have an excellent facility that their students use. Last season the group ended 6th in a competitive Youth Alliance division, seven points ahead of Lowestoft. This season they have a relatively new group and are still adapting to the league. They currently sit 9th, winning one, drawing one, & losing four in the league. After winning their first game of the season away at Barking FC, they have struggled to maintain a winning formula. Their most recent results being narrow 2-1 defeats away at Aveley & Chelmsford, showing they are giving top sides in this division a real tough game. Key players Thomas Lethbridge & Harrison Caffell are members of a strong defensive back-line for Stortford who have one of the best defensive records in the league.
