Lowestoft Town U19's travel to Southend United in the National Cup

Lowestoft Town U19's will visit Southend United tomorrow in the National Alliance Cup Round Three. This will be Lowestoft's eighth game of the season after being unbeaten in their last five games. Last weeks game at home to Bishop's Stortford in the Youth Alliance league ended 1-1 with Lowestoft being held to a draw. The goal came from Ben Atkinson.
THE OPPONENTS
This is Southend United's first season competing in the National Youth Alliance league due to the club holding a professional category four academy status. They have started the campaign strongly, winning five out of the first six league games. They beat the Young Trawlerboys 4-1 in a league fixture earlier in the season. Their most recent result was a 3-1 home defeat to Chelmsford City. Danger man Sisanda Maguranyanga has started the season in impressive form, having 14 goals to his name. The frontman is joined with Nikolay Zlatev & Brandon Dadson who make a strong attacking force.

The game will be played at the Garons Park 4g, Eastern Avenue, Southend On Sea, Essex, SS2 4FA and is scheduled to kick off at 02:30pm. Lowestoft Town U19's will then return league action next Wednesday when they travel to Chelmsford City U19's.
