Joel and Josh Glover are brothers and have both been on trial with Lowestoft Town during pre-season. Forward, Joel Glover will go straight into the Lowestoft Town squad for tomorrow's opening day league fixture at Bognor Regis Town. While the club have applied for international clearance for his goalkeeping brother, Josh Glover who will be available for selection when clearance is obtained.
They will both be joined in the squad by goalkeeper Jaime Waite, who is the only Thai international to have played at a Championship level in the English game. He made his full international appearance for Thailand at the age of 15, breaking the record set by Brazilian legend, Pele.
30 year-old Waite has played for clubs such as Crystal Palace, Fulham, Rotherham, MK Dons and Bradford.
He sadly had to retire from the game in 2006 when diagnosed with cancer but following a ten month course of treatment he got the all clear and returned to the game. This will be his first full return to the game since then and will bolster the Lowestoft Town squad of Ady Gallagher, as they get their 2016/17 league campaign underway.
Both Joel Glover and Jamie Waite will be included in the squad for tomorrow's opening day league match of the 2016/17 Ryman Premier League season at Bognor Regis Town.
Everyone at Lowestoft Town Football Club would like to welcome Joel, Josh and Jamie to the club.
