Lowestoft Town won the Woman's FA Cup back in 1982 in a 2-0 win over Cleveland Spartans at Loftus Road and we're delighted to announce that members of that team will be joining us at the Crown Meadow this Sunday.

Prior to the second round FA Cup match in which Lowestoft's current crop of ladies face Luton Town; the 1982 cup winners will be our guests at the Crown Meadow for a pre-match buffet and to meet with the current Lowestoft Ladies team.

The ladies team that will be present on the day will be:- Rita Fossey, Mary Hinson, Sally Jackson, Jackie Slack, Angie Poppy, Vicki Johnson, Hannah Davidson, Julie Bolton, Shirley Jones, Linda Curl, Kate Smith and Manager Stewart Reynolds.

Watch out later this week for an interview with Ladies Manager David Eastwood and team captain Kate Pasque, as we build up to this Sunday's mouth-watering FA Cup second round clash.

There is only one place to be this coming Sunday and that's the Crown Meadow, cheering on and giving our fantastic Lowestoft Ladies the support they deserve against Luton Town.
