Training on Thursday evening was littered with a collection of football shirts to behold, as our First and Reserve teams raided their wardrobe to don the jerseys of some of the games greats! France '98, Baresi's Milan, Chris Waddle's Marseille and Sayer of Colchester all graced the turf of Barnards Meadow with donations made.
This Friday, Our Scholars of Access Sport Lowestoft will be supporting the cause and helping Cancer Research give bowel cancer the boot!
We will be donating to the Bobby Moore Fund. He was just 51 years old when he died of bowel cancer. It is the second most common cause of cancer death in the UK.
Only through research will they find better ways to prevent, detect, diagnose and treat bowel cancer.
